This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like 24-hour reception, tv, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find delicious food, which I still remember. Highly recommend visiting! I'm coming back for Christmas.

the location,
Very basic and pooorly decorated clean. In desperate need of a revamp and some TLC, staff were fine and friendly and did there best to make our stay a pleasant one. Forget the breakfast buffett, took one look at it first morning and that was enough, singuraly the most unappatising display of food i have ever seen!!!

Great for nightlife lovers. Being in the center delivers a vibrant atmosphere. The location offers easy access to numerous bars, and if you're keen on late-night escapades, this spot fits right in.
Rooms lack cleanliness with visible stains on the walls and linens. A serious hygiene issue. Noise levels are high due to the nearby nightlife. The hotel feels outdated and could use modern locks instead of old-style keys. Not up to par in terms of maintenance, which needed more attention.

The venue is fairly clean and fairly large, views are particularly good, the location is great not far from all the night life by LK Metro, department store and the airport. The breakfast is great with a huge variety of food.

There was nothing nice to say about this hotel, we were only there for 1 hour and we checked out as we were completly disgusted! Very dissapointed and we would not recommend this hotel to our worst enemy.
The rooms and hotel do not look like the pictures on the website. The rooms were dirty, sheets were yellow, windows and doors didn't lock, no towels or toilet paper. The safty deposit box was behind the open plan reception which the staff had keys too, not safe at all!

The location was perfect for enjoying the vibrant nightlife, being close to bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. I stayed for 1 night and opted for a Superior Double or Twin Room. Although the noise from the rock bands competing to be the loudest made it hard to sleep, the lively atmosphere was quite entertaining and added to the experience of being in Pattaya.

Pattaya vibes 🌴🌊
Chilled at a lekker spot close to all the action, bars and restaurants. Just a short stroll to the beach. Staff were super friendly. The brekkie spread wasn't half bad either, defs worth a try!
Had a bit of a shuffle with outside noise, especially at night, didn't really help with catching z's.

Ok for an internet booking first noisy night in Pattaya, then move out when you find something better and cheaper. Look around but beware of many small establishments with inadequate fire escape routes.
Tried to overcharge me 1050 baht by withholding my key deposit instead of Booked.net rate 750 baht because internet had failed and hotel hadn't taken the trouble to confirm the booking using other methods. I had to argue with manager for 20 minutes before he phoned somebody to confirm and finally agreed the rate was as booked via this site. Bad for business making customers angry on holiday - I write honest review for all to see.

Services from the staff is good and cleaniness.
Noise during the midnight not able to sleep well especialy the room that I stay at other corner. This could be improved by using sound prove from the window to isolate the niose from external. That would be great !!

I do not believe I was given the room I booked, wich was the Deluxe Room, the net said had room safety deposit box and this was not the case, when I queried was told not all rooms had them, apart from that the room was very ordinary, I think a standard room would be my classification of the room I was given.

Pool and free breakfast even for my 4 yold daughter.Dining area staff very friendly and helpful (I even went out for a drink with one of the staff)
Rooms where not as internet as these photos where obviously taken a long time ago. Hotel is in need of a refurb. Especially the pool steps!!!! I tried to get out and found that they were not there!!!!!! Very dangerous. I would not stay again at this hotel as my main problem was with the many Russians staying there - trying to steal food from the free breakfast every day and always argueing with the very helpful staff. Without the free breakfasts this Hotel is expenpensive for what it is. The first 2 weeks of my stay in Pattaya was in a Hotel in Walking street for only 750B (although it did not have a pool or the free breakfasts).

Had a sweet as time, but the toilet setup was a bit dodgy, and it was noisy outside. The staff were heaps friendly, though!

Brand-new and large units with a higher bed as well as minibar, and the staff were cooperative. The breakfast had a good choice of options: toast and jam.
